Gaming Philosophy:
* All Leaders will seek the welfare of The Alliance, rather than their own towns. We are a band of brothers. As such, they will participate in important votes and agree to abide by the majority decision. The Buck stops here.
* All Officers will support the Officer Corps to the best of their ability, will not gossip or speak disrespectfully of anyone, and will seek the welfare of every member of The Alliance.
* All members will act as part of a whole rather than in an individualistic manner. They will take responsibility for their own actions, and fight on behalf of The Alliance. As such, they agree to support the Officer Corps and follow instructions, should it be given.
Personal Communication(s):
* All Personal Messages (PM's) will be respectful and kind, even in the face of overwhelming stupidity.
* All disrespectful messages sent to you will be copied to Alliance Leadership.
Dueling:
* All dueling will be good-natured, which means:
* No dueling workers of ANY town, even during war, unless specifically authorized by Alliance Leadership.
* No dueling one player back-to-back, which Alliance Leadership considers "Farming." Duel another player before dueling the same person again. Preferably, duel one person only once during any 24 hour period.
* No dueling of towns with whom Alliance Towns have a NAP, unless specifically authorized by Alliance Leadership.
Any members violating these principles will be given a warning and then banned if the conduct continues. Further action may be taken depending on the spirit of the violation.
Using the Forum:
* All members are expected to check the forum at least once a week.
* During declared war, all members are expected to check the forum whenever they log into The West.
* During declared war, all members are expected to post their Dueling Reports (DR's) whenever they win, or lose, a duel.
